Near Ponoka, Alberta
Summer on the prairies is colourful and dramatic.The vast landscape is a big change for me coming from a mountainous area. It was a pleasure to walk across the endless fields following whatever caught my eye. Shooting in golden hour was a huge treat. As the sun went down orange and yellow tones came alive in the fields and the light falling through the birch trees created a graphic effect.
